This toolkit is for organizations that serve families, including banks and credit unions, employers, tax preparers, government agencies, and community groups. It gives you research-tested messages, sector-specific guidance, and AI prompts to help eligible families understand 530A (Trump) Accounts and claim the seed funding available to their children.
The toolkit has three parts, designed to be used together:

How it works
How to use the 530A (Trump) Account Partner Toolkit
1. Download your knowledge pack from the AI Library
The knowledge pack downloads in the AI Library bring together the Messaging Essentials.MD, your organization-specific Activation Guide.MD, and AI Prompt Guidance.MD. The knowledge pack files are in Markdown (.MD), a plain-text format that AI tools read easily. You can also open them in any text editor to read or copy the content yourself.
2. Add your organization’s context
Upload the knowledge pack to the AI tool you use, along with your organization’s brand, voice, audience, and legal or compliance guidelines.
3. Choose a prompt
Select a prompt from the AI Prompt Library and add details about your organization, audience, and communication goal.
4. Review and adapt
Use the resulting draft as a starting point. Apply your organization’s brand, legal, regulatory, compliance, and other review processes before publishing.
Not using AI? You can still use the toolkit. Messaging Essentials and your Activation Guide include sample language and talking points you can copy and adapt directly.
