Employers are beginning to act to enable worker financial security, reports Marketplace. They share UPS's new emergency savings initiative, which allows 90,000 non-union US employees to automatically deposit a portion of their paycheck into a rainy day fund. Commonwealth, a partner in BlackRock's Emergency Savings Initiative, closely collaborated with UPS on the program.
