Tracey Durner
Director
Tracey Durner is a Director at Commonwealth where she focuses on intentional workplace benefits that strengthen financial health and opportunity for low- to moderate-income earners. She brings more than a decade of experience in financial inclusion and economic empowerment, collaborating with financial institutions, fintech companies, government leaders, community-based organizations, and multilateral bodies including the United Nations. Her work helped protect humanitarian payment channels into conflict zones and expand access to financial services across Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Tracey served as the Chief of Programs for the Global Center on Cooperative Security, where she led the strategy, design, and implementation of global justice and security programming. Tracey holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs at the University of Missouri and dual Bachelors of Arts in political science and international affairs from Northeastern University.
