Innovation Strategist

Paz Baum is an Innovation Strategist at Commonwealth, where she works on wealth-building solutions for workers living on low and moderate incomes through qualitative and quantitative research. She graduated from Northwestern with a Bachelor of Arts, where she studied Political Science, Data Science, and Gender and Sexuality Studies. There, she focused on researching public health and labor studies as well as leading Get Out the Vote initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading novels, and learning new crafting skills.
