Haydeé Moreno has a deep background in building and managing financial products, with a particular interest in the application of behavioral science principles to effect change. Most recently, she was COO of fintech micro-lender, JUST Financial. Previously she launched a pre-seed venture, Almost Home Financial, that provides access to homeownership for working-class families. She led the Product team at RevolutionCredit, a SaaS enterprise startup offering a behavioral analytics platform to help lenders better identify upwardly mobile consumers, and launched and managed the Prospera division of Self-Help FCU. She began her career in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and at Goldman Sachs.  

She holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Stanford University. She is a native Texan, happy to be back in Austin, where she enjoys distance running and backyard grilling with her husband and Labrador.
