Meme has over six years of experience in the nonprofit sector driving organizational impact through people-centered leadership, strategic operations, and equity-focused systems design. She brings a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Meme is driven by authenticity, community and joy. Meme is a proud AmeriCorps service alumna and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (focus in Nonprofit & Community Development) and African American Studies from The College of New Jersey. She is a Certified Scrum Master and Asana Ambassador. 

Beyond the office, Meme indulges her curiosity through crocheting, reading, culinary adventures, and film. She’s passionate about food, culture, and travel—always seeking experiences that broaden her worldview.
