Kassidy Cornelison

Senior Innovation Manager

Kassidy Cornelison is a Senior Innovation Manager at Commonwealth where she’s focused on launching, scaling, and measuring the impact of innovative programs that support workers’ financial and retirement security. Kassidy’s work is centered on building strategic partnerships, conducting research to understand users’ needs, and providing project management expertise to BlackRock’s Emergency Savings Initiative. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Kassidy worked at Nova Credit, a fintech company whose mission is to build a fair and inclusive financial system for the world, where she helped launch the Strategy and Business Operations function and was responsible for launching business operations in two new international markets. Having also worked in state government and early-stage startups, she understands how to collaborate with a variety of partners and innovate to solve new problems. Kassidy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Reed College and outside of work, loves to hike around the Bay Area, travel to new countries, and dive into a great fiction book.
