Charvi Gandotra is a Senior Director at Commonwealth with over a decade of experience in advancing financial security for workers living on low to moderate incomes in the US and globally. She co-leads Commonwealth’s workplace focused initiatives, expanding access to high-quality financial benefits that strengthen worker financial wellness. Charvi has led partnerships with large corporate partners like ADP, Voya, AutoNation, GXO, Truist, and SoFi. She has also led consumer research identifying the opportunity in newer channels like workplace banking, and embedded savings in digital payments platforms. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Charvi worked in consulting advising Fortune 500 companies on strategy and operations at McKinsey. She also provided technical advisory services on inclusive finance to large financial institutions and regulators in international markets, at MicroSave. She received a Masters in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, India.
