Gabrielle Barnes is a Senior Innovation Strategist at Commonwealth where she works on building unique financial solutions for financially vulnerable people in the US. She recently graduated from Yale with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology concentrating in Markets & Society. With a background in Sociology, she is particularly interested in ameliorating the systemic barriers Black and Brown people face when in pursuit of a financially stable life. In her free time, she loves to write songs, explore NYC, and hang out in her neighborhood park.
