As a Board Director, Debra brings expertise in corporate governance, executive compensation, and compliance along with proven strengths in employee relations/engagement in healthcare, banking, academia and business. Her proven successes in the fast-paced and complex world of corporate business are valuable  additions to assisting organizations manage change, transform processes, and drive growth. 

For 35 years she has personally orchestrated C-suite actions that impact culture, drive operational strategies, and deliver financial goals. Debra’s accomplishments include:

  • Successfully launched and continues to operate an executive-level advisory practice for C-Suite executives (Plousha Moore Group) 
  • Served as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff/Chief Human Resources Officer for Atrium Health
  • Former SVP for Human Resources and Organizational Development at OhioHealth
  • Former VP of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Genesys Health System
  • Former Associate Dean of Students at the University of Dayton

Debra has an M.S. in Education, Counseling, and Human Services from the University of Dayton and a B.A., in English from San Francisco State University.
