Charles de la Cruz
Associate Director
Charles de la Cruz is an Associate Director at Commonwealth where he focuses on researching ways to build a more inclusive investing ecosystem and apply innovative technologies to support the financial health of households living on low and moderate incomes. Before joining Commonwealth he worked for the Jain Family Institute focusing on communications for guaranteed income pilots in cities across the country. Charles completed his Ph.D. in Politics at Princeton University and his B.A. in Political Theory at UC San Diego.
