Ken Bukoski is the Associate Director of People & Systems at Commonwealth where he works to ensure the smooth flow of daily office operations, with a focus on making organizational policies and processes more efficient. He specializes in operations, human resources and events management, as well as curating people & culture initiatives for mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining the team at Commonwealth, Ken worked at Purpose, an-NYC based social impact agency. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CUNY’s Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s College of Communication.
