Anahit Fitzpatrick
Innovation Manager
Anahit Fitzpatrick is an Innovation Manager at Commonwealth. Anahit has been with Commonwealth since April 2021 and has worked extensively on Commonwealth’s Inclusive Investing Projects. Anahit has been supporting that work in many ways including partner management, participant recruitment and engagement, and qualitative data analysis through conversations and focus groups with participants. Before joining Commonwealth Anahit had eight years of experience in the financial equity field through her career at The Midas Collaborative (www.MidasCollab.org(opens in a new tab)), a nonprofit focused on helping low-income individuals and families in Massachusetts, working with people from vastly different backgrounds and cultures to help them build and maintain financial stability. In those eight years she attained a vast array of skills and experiences, including but not limited to: supervision, volunteer management, event planning, e-newsletter production, website development and management, research, grant writing and management, database management and more. In her role as a Program Manager, she worked with, and solved problems for, financial institutions, state and federal government entities, low-income members of the community, and a variety of other stakeholders working alongside the organization. Anahit also LOVES everything related to Halloween and the spooky season.
