Commonwealth has worked with employers to offer work place financial wellness solutions to their workforce. Our team has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, military installations, institutions of higher education and other organizations to design initiatives that strengthen the financial security of their employees. Staples, Inc. leveraged our Financial Entertainment games to drive employee 401(k) enrollment, facilitate conversations about saving for emergencies, and provide unconventional financial resources. Additionally, we worked with the City of New York to develop a prize-linked savings initiative that encouraged youth workforce development participants to enroll in direct deposit and save a portion of their summer earnings.
